Key Responsibilities:

• 4-stage clearances and Certificates of Reoccupation.
• Comprehensive air testing.
• Asbestos surveys on high-spec commercial properties.

Who We''re Looking For:

• Essential: P403 & P404 qualified (3+ years'' experience).
• P402 (surveying) qualified (2+ years'' experience).
• P405 qualified or willing to obtain.
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.
