Senior Sous Chef
to join its dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a stable, experienced chef with a background in premium dining who enjoys working with fresh produce and delivering high standards consistently.The Role:Supporting the Head Chef in leading a
team of 9 chefs , maintaining structure and consistency during both busy and quieter periods.
Overseeing prep, service, and training, ensuring dishes are executed to the highest standard.
Input into menu development and maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture.
Flexibility is key, with the team working an average of
45-48 hours per week .
About the Restaurant:High-end operation with a focus on fresh, seasonal cooking and premium ingredients.
Covers range from 120-150 per day in the quieter season, rising to
300 covers per day from September onwards .
Busy lunch services and steady evenings, maintaining a high standard while managing volume.
What''s on Offer:Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.
Sundays off, plus Christmas and New Year closed.

What We''re Looking For:Previous
Senior Sous or strong Sous Chef experience in high-end kitchens .
