Your role will be varied and impactful, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the team.Key responsibilities include:* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, booking conference/video calls and arranging travel as required.* Monitoring fee-earner inboxes in their absence, responding where appropriate and coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality.* Handling incoming telephone calls professionally, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up.* Managing document workflows, including formatting, amending, proofreading, copy-typing, digital dictation and handling PDF/Word conversions.* Supporting document production, maintaining files, indexing legal documents and creating short PowerPoint presentations.* Assisting with expenses, entering business contact information and liaising with Business Development, Marketing, Events and Finance teams.What you''ll need to succeed* Strong IT literacy across Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.* Experience in administrative support roles in a professional services environment is essential* Excellent communication and client ca
