This will include developing values and culture, implementing performance programmes, developing policies and procedures, reviewing Reward and benefits and developing robust recruitment processes.As part of the Senior Leadership Team this role will be a mix of the development of the People strategy, whilst also delivering and ensuring it is embedded across the organisation. Building strong stakeholders relationships will be key for the success of the role.
