here.What are we looking for?Proven experience as a D365 Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with hands-on expertise in D365 CRM.Understanding of how to manage organisational change and user adoption during D365 implementations or upgrades.Capable of defining and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Skilled in gathering requirements, managing expectations, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.Data-driven mindset with experience in creating actionable insights from D365 analytics.Clear and concise communication skills with both technical teams and business users.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product success.Understanding of user experience principles to ensure usability of the system.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, and integrations/APIs.Practical stuffWhere is the role based?This role is located at our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) on a hybrid basisHow many interviews?Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview processWhat are the benefits?You can read about the benefits on offer
