Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools.We are now looking for a Dynamics365 Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering how Phoenix use Dynamics365 as a critical business tool.What will you be doing?
Own the internal Dynamics 365 platform, including system configuration, update and roadmap planningBe the go-to expert and primary point of contact for D365 Sales (CRM), overseeing day-to-day usage and championing best practice usageCollaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in a variety of suitable formatsTranslate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and to-be process flows to support the design and development of identified requirementsChampion user friendly, intuitive designs and ideas with measurable valuesPromote innovation within the system, across function and throughout the platform through adoption of new Microsoft technologies and new ways of workingManage and prioritise the CRM change backlog in collaboration with the Business Operations and Development teams – both internal and externalIn collaboration with internal and external parties, manage system upgrades, testing and release cycles in coordination with IT and business teamsCoordinate with the IT team regarding user access, security roles, and system configurations to ensure alignment with business needsWork closely with IT, System Development and any third parties to ensure system issues are resolved promptly and implement agreed changesSupport cross-functional teams by ensuring the CRM is effectively aligned with sales and marketing processesWhy you should apply?

Proven experience as a D365 Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with hands-on expertise in D365 CRMUnderstanding of how to manage organisational change and user adoption during D365 implementations or upgradesCapable of defining and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goalsStrong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a track record of delivering successful digital transformation projectsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsSkilled in gathering requirements, managing expectations, and communicating with stakeholders at all levelsData-driven mindset with experience in creating actionable insights from D365 analyticsClear and concise communication skills with both technical teams and business usersAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive product successUnderstanding of user experience principles to ensure usability of the systemFamiliarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Dataverse, and integrations/APIsPractical stuff
