Your new role You will be reporting into the Total Reward Lead,supporting their Global Reward Programme, assisting with all projects,periodical and day to day compensation needs. This role will focus on buildingrelationships around reward advice and market insights, backed by stronganalytical evidence. You will be responsible for You will be assisting the total reward lead withcoordinating annual salary, variable pay and long-term incentive planning.
