Manager of Product Strategy .Job Location:

Dubai - UAEResponsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Regional officeLead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to development and launchDevelop and drive the overall product vision and strategy with meaningful insights to leadershipConduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and analyse product performanceCommunicate product plans, progress, and results to prioritize tasks and ensure timely deliveryEstablish KPI dashboards for product and sales in a meaningful, actionable wayProduce ad-hoc intelligence reports to support management meetings with timely, accurate, and actionable informationData visualization: analyse large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and present them via reports in PPT or Power BIStrong collaboration with stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectivesQualifications

8+ years’ experience in product management or a related role with background in business or e-commerceProven track record of launching successful products with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skills with a willingness to learn about data analysis and performance metricsExcellent time management with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle last-minute requestsSuperb written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex analytics to an executive audienceAbility to understand data elements, sources, and relationshipsAptitude to learn and innovate in a rapidly changing environmentFamiliarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and ExcelHands-on experience with Visual Basic (VBA) and advanced Excel functionsAdvanced data visualization tools and Big Data analytics is an advantageHow to apply
