Lead a talented team, elevate standards, and deliver mission-critical projects on time and on budget.What you’ll doLead and mentor Senior Design Managers/Engineers and Designers; develop future leaders.Oversee end-to-end mechanical design for large-scale projects; drive scope, schedule, and budget.Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, field, and shop teams to keep execution tight.Review/approve designs and drawings; ensure quality, performance, and customer specs.Improve processes and workflows for speed, safety, and reliability—continuously.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and

local/state/federal

regulations.Provide high-level technical support to manufacturing and construction teams.Perform engineering calculations and select equipment for major design packages.Report progress and performance to executive leadership with clear, data-driven updates.What you’ll bringBachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).7–10+ years leading engineering teams in industrial refrigeration or closely related fields.Deep expertise with

ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems

(safety and regulatory know-how included).Proven cross-functional leadership and crisp decision-making within budget constraints.Excellent organization and documentation skills across multiple concurrent projects.PE license
