Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary up to 32k Surrey (CR6) office-based We are working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Surrey to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, offering a supportive working environment and the opportunity to play a key role within a busy conveyancing department. The successful candidate will bring recent Residential Conveyancing secretarial experience, gained within a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment. Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and a calm, professional manner are essential, as you will be supporting a fee earner and acting as a key point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Residential Conveyancing fee earner Audio typing and document production with a high level of accuracy Preparing and maintaining client files and case documentation Producing Oyez and SDLT forms Overseeing completions and managing associated processes Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner Managing client enquiries as the first point of contact to ensure exceptional client care The firm offers a competitive salary of up to 32,000, alongside discretionary bonuses for support staff.
