Make a difference every day.We’re hiring an experienced Regional People Partner to provide maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract (Nov 2025 – Nov 2026) for our London and South East region. You’ll be at the heart of leading, supporting, and inspiring our teams across the region.What you’ll be doing

Coach and guide managers while supporting wellbeing and engagementLead on employee relations, change projects, and succession planningUse data and insight to drive performance across the regionPartner with the Regional Manager to drive the region’s commercial successSupport managers and colleagues in our retail stores across the region, helping them feel confident, engaged, and valuedIdentify training needs and support learning and development initiativesCollaborate on projects that make a real difference for colleagues every dayAbout us

Has experience as a Regional People Partner with strong HR knowledge, ideally in retail or multi-site environmentsIs based either in London or the Berkshire or Surrey area with convenient access to central LondonIs confident advising managers on performance, employee relations and organisational changeCan coach, influence and build trusted relationships at all levelsIs CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) with strong IT and data skillsWorks professionally and independently while collaborating effectively with othersIs commercially aware and confident challenging constructively to drive resultsWhat you’ll get from us
