Strategic People Partner
to join our dynamic People Team and help shape the future of our organisation.About the Role
As a Strategic People Partner, you\''ll work closely with senior leaders across one of our key operational areas, Central Support, to deliver high-impact people strategies. You\''ll be the bridge between business needs and HR expertise, driving performance, retention, and transformation initiatives.What You\''ll Be Doing
Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutionsLeading workforce planning, organisational design, and change projectsUsing people data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvementCollaborating across the People Team to ensure aligned and effective service deliveryActing as a technical expert on complex HR matters including TUPE, restructures, and performance managementChampioning employee engagement and communication strategiesWhat We\''re Looking For
Proven experience in People Business Partnering, ideally in high-volume, regulated sectors (e.g., care, retail, hospitality)Strong stakeholder management and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsCIPD qualified or equivalent experienceConfident in leading change and driving strategic initiativesWhy Join Us?
