Days can be agreed with some flexibility.DBS: Valid DBS required or willingness to undertake a new check.Your New CompanyA well-regarded organisation in North Bradford is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly embed themselves within a busy HR environment and provide high-quality support on a range of complex employee relations matters.Your New RoleAs an experienced ER specialist, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload, often involving complex and sensitive issues. You will provide expert advice and guidance to managers, ensuring fair, compliant and timely resolution of cases.Key responsibilities include:Managing complex ER cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence and performance matters.Providing expert advice aligned with ACAS guidance and best practice.Ensuring all actions are compliant with current employment law and organisational policies.Preparing documentation, conducting investigations and supporting hearings where required.Working closely with managers to build confidence and capability in handling ER matters.What You''ll Need to SucceedMinimum 4 years'' experience in a dedicated employee relations role.Strong working knowledge of employment l
