Recruitment and HR Coordinator
We are working with an established engineering business, and they are looking for a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join the business ASAPThis is an office-based role - Monday to Friday Reporting into the HR Director and working as part of a team of 3 people, the focus of the role will be to provide support across all recruitment and HR administration activities. The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process while also supporting core HR processes including onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems administration and general HR support. Key duties will include;Reporting into the HR Director and working as part of a team of 3 people, supporting across Recruitment (70% of role) and HR (30%)Supporting with recruitment activities for up to c20 roles at anyone time.Coordinate the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to job offer.Advertise vacancies across job boards, recruitment platforms and company channels.Screen applications and support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting.Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on vacancy progress.Prepare and issue employment offers, contracts and associated documentation.Conduct pre-employment checks including right to work verification and references.Coordinate new starter onboarding including documentati
