Recruitment and Onboarding Team Leader Birmingham City Centre, hybrid (3 days in office), full time, permanent, £40-45k dependant on experience We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Onboarding Team Leader to manage and develop a team of Administrators, working closely with the Talent team and other Operations Leaders. This is working within a large business based in Birmingham City Centre and they are searching for someone who can effectively lead a team. It is essential to have previous experience in a team leader or manager position in a professional service or corporate environment. Is would be ideal to have previous HR systems, policies and processes experience or talent but this part is not essential.
