I''m recruiting for a Support professional to join a join a growing business in Cambridge - it'' a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office to collaborate with your team and the wider business.You''ll work as part of a business support team to provide day-to-day user support for various software and systems, ensuring that business operations run as efficiently as possible. This is a varied role, involving a mix of 1st line support, data analytics, process improvement, and general project-based work. You''ll respond promptly to user queries, escalating more technical issues where necessary, and provide exceptional customer service. You''ll investigate recurring issues, perform regular system and data checks to ensure accuracy, and regularly analyse data and produce insightful reports with use of Excel.Beyond this, you''ll get involved in more general project-based work such as process improvement projects, the roll-out of a new software or upgrade, and will have the opportunity to lead on these too.If you''re skilled in Excel, have helpdesk or system support experience, are a keen problem-solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit!Requirements:Prior experience in a helpdesk, systems or IT support roleAdvanced Excel skills for data analysisExceptional organizational skillsStrong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsBenefits: Salary open to discussion based on experience23 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
