The role also includes supervising a small team within the finance function and supporting operational teams with accurate and timely financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts with performance analysisEnsure income is accurately recorded and reconciled, including with fundraising systemsManage bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and investment reconciliationsOversee sales and purchase ledger activitiesLead cash flow forecasting and monitoringPrepare VAT returns and ensure tax compliance within a charitable framework.Coordinate the annual statutory audit and produce statutory accountsDevelop and maintain financial systems and processes, leading on any upgradesCollaborate with operational leads to prepare budgets and forecastsPresent reports to finance and audit committees and boardsSupport grant reporting and financial input for funding bids In order to be successful we are looking for you to demonstrate; Formal qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).Strong technical experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and audit preparatio
