You will be teaching small class sizes, ensuring that each pupil receives tailored support in their English studies. In this role, you will work closely with Teaching Assistants (TAs) to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons with a strong focus on GCSE-level content.- Provide tailored support for students with SEMH needs, using strategies to manage behavior and promote positive engagement.- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to address both academic and emotional needs of students.- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social development and personal growth.- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, encouraging their confidence and self-esteem.Essential Qualifications and Experience:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.- Strong knowledge of English GCSE content
