Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Design Engineer to join their small but fast paced team. The role will predominantly involve design of ovens, pre-treatment and handling systems. Duties: Work closely within Engineering to help develop bespoke design solutions for paint finishing systems. Comfortable with taking the general arrangement drawing (either produced by themselves or others) and completing a full set of manufacturing drawings for fabrication. Designing of fabricated sheet metal parts and assemblies. Managing a project from handover, site delivery and completion of the project. Procurement of components and materials in support of the project. Attend project meetings and completing site surveys when required. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors as required.
