Their work spans highways, drainage, earthworks, and public realm schemes, supporting both private and public sector clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Civil Engineer to join a collaborative team where you''ll be involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining exposure to a variety of technical challenges and career development opportunities.
The Role
- Design and deliver civil engineering works including highways, drainage, SuDS, earthworks, and external works.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Work with industry-standard design software (Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow, AutoCAD, PDS).
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, statutory bodies, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Support planning submissions, including Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Drainage Strategies.
- Assist junior team members and contribute to maintaining technical quality standards.
- Attend site visits and support during construction phases.
About You
- Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng) or related discipline.
- Working towards Chartership (ICE or similar).
- Strong knowledge of drainage and highway design principles.
- Experience with Section 278, 38, and 104 agreements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- (Desirable) Experience with SuDS, flood risk, BIM, and construction methodologies.
