LSE Health and Safety Team has a varied and interesting remit that includes managing travel risk and coordinating Business Continuity as well as providing health and safety advice to the School community. We are looking for a motivated and highly pragmatic Health and Safety Adviser to join our team. Your responsibilities will include working with key stakeholders across the School to improve and establish local health and safety management systems as well as managing the School''s workstation assessment process. You will be required to provide advice, develop procedures, practical processes and promote a positive health and safety culture. You should have experience of introducing HandS management systems in complex (non-corporate) organisations, demonstrable experience of interpreting HandS requirements pragmatically to a lay audience, ability to offer a range of options to manage risk within the organisation''s risk appetite and culture and commitment to enabling business functions to proceed
