Job Title: Senior EstimatorLocation: London or Birmingham (3 days per week on site)Engagement Type: PAYE ContractDuration: 6 monthsRate: £550 per dayResponsibilities

Lead and review project estimates across multiple packages.Produce accurate cost estimates using RMM1, CESMM4 and estimating software.Provide assurance and benchmarking of contractor estimates.Mentor junior estimators and review outputs.Prepare basis-of-estimate reports for director review.Engage effectively with engineers, clients, and stakeholders.About You

Strong background in heavy civils and rail estimating.Skilled in methods of measurement and take-offs.Proficient with estimating tools and software.Confident in stakeholder engagement and reporting.Additional Information
