Essex, LondonWe are currently recruiting for a senior estimator for our client who are a market leader in their field where they are involved with construction, maintenance and refurbishment. As they have picked up more work and expanded the team they are looking for a senior estimator to come on board and lead the team. They are also looking for estimators and assistant estimators as well.ExperienceExperienced in estimating, design and build and residential housingGood knowledge of Local Authority/Housing Association procurement methodsMust have a good understanding of the partnering process, design/build and traditional contracting processProficient in public presentation and submission methodsA highly motivated individualA long term team playerClean smart individualThe RoleTo assist in the co-ordination of submission and proposals developmentTo carry out analytical pricing of in-house produced Bills of Quantities using Conquest Estimating SystemTo work closely with Design and Build Manager in the development of bids where requiredTo assist, as directed with an new initiative or role requested by the Department Head, Marketing Director or Board of DirectorTo research and investigate new Government or industry initiativesApplicants for all positions mustHave proven track recordStable employment with the same company/group for three years or moreNo freelancersNo job hoppersProfessional Qualifications and/or Institute MembershipGood ReferencesTo apply please forward your CV through this advert.
