Junior HR Business Partner (Regional London and South West)

Working for the largest car dealership in Europe and part of one of the most famous brands in the world, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join this excellent team of HRBPs on a 12 month fixed term contract. The purpose of the role is to drive and support an HR Business Plan in partnership with the Management team, which is aligned to the overall Group HR Business Plan.You will proactively build, maintain and foster professional relationships with key members of the management teams and support the business.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:This should include the practical implementation and management of the followingRecruitment and on boarding, and skills gap analysisInduction process and AccountabilitiesConsulting with line management and provide daily HR guidanceColleague reviewsSuccession planningImproving and monitoring colleague productivityAnalysing trend within the HR metrics and implementing solutionsDriving engagement, performance and cultural developmentPerformance ManagementManaging colleague wellness initiativesDeveloping relationships between colleagues and the companyProactively managing the DandI agendaAbsence management (LTS)Flexible workingProactively build, maintain and foster professional relationships with key members of the management teams within the businesses.Implementation of Human Resources strategies that support the Group Business Strategy and the Organisation''s strategic vision and business prioritiesSupport the buildi
