Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer Lewisham Contract £22.78 per hour PAYE or £29.74 per hour limited paid via Umbrella company inside IR35 Our client is looking for an experienced Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer. Key duties that officers will be carrying out: - Identify abandoned accommodation. - Suitability assessments -Identify partial/ under occupation. - Ensure suitability and changes in circumstances are recorded. - Ensure accommodation meets property standards - Work with the repairs team and providers to improve the conditions of Temporary Accommodation PLEASE ONLY apply if you have the necessary skills, experience and expertise.
