Care Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a Care Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team at Bluebird Care Wolverhampton.Experience within the care industry is essential and if you have been a Care Coordinator previously this is highly advantageous.Applicants must also have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle that can be used for work, in order to take part in the on-call rota.Hours: Monday to Friday – Office hoursWe can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our care coordinator so to make this possible, we offer:Annual salary dependant on experience.28 days holiday pro rataPAID induction trainingOngoing supportPension schemeAccess to regular meetings with a wellbeing coachYou’ll play a vital role in in the coordination of our care assistants, ensuring our clients see a friendly face each day to support their emotional wellbeing. Our clients choose to live in the comfort of their own homes as an alternative to a residential care home, so we ensure we enable them to do just that whilst promoting and encouraging their independence.Roles and responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:Answering incoming office enquiriesProviding excellent customer serviceAssisting in the recruitment of new Care AssistantsResponding efficiently to day to day changes in care packagesOrganising Care Assistant schedulesBuilding excellent relationships with current care staffAllocating Care Assistants based on skills and experience to deliver the best quality care and support to each customerOther general administrative office tasks where requiredWe want a care coordinator who recognises the importance of a positive attitude, great communication and how the work they do has a wider impact on the business and the community.
