This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components to exacting tolerances.Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating Dugard lathes with Fanuc controls.Producing precision components in prototype and small-batch quantities.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure parts meet specifications.Working with a variety of materials including steels, alloys, and specialist metals.Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks to maintain accuracy.Optimising programs and machining methods to improve efficiency and minimise waste.Collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and production targets.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organ
