Meetings and Events Sales Executive role at The Doyle Collection. Reporting to the Director of Groups, Meetings and Events, London. You will be responsible for selling and revenue conversion within the reactive Groups, Meetings and Events team for The Doyle Collection portfolio (The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, The Kensington).Key Responsibilities
Phone, email and electronic group, meetings and events enquiry handling and conversion, aiming to achieve the company''s set response time.Adhere to an exceptional standard of business English in all verbal and written communications with clients and colleagues.Ensure all enquiries assigned to you within the day are actioned following the company''s set response times.Thorough enquiry qualification and booking updates to be accurately recorded in the system and used to successfully convert business.Follow up on proposals within 48 hours, then suitable timeframes to ensure conversion of enquiries and management of the pipeline of business at enquiry status.The Perks of working for The Marylebone Hotel
