A temporary position has arisen for an administrator with some level of basic HR experience to assist the HR team for all of August due to a backlog and holidays, based in Heanor.
Working in a small but friendly HR team you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisors with the completion of paperwork.
Duties include:
- All paperwork for starters and leavers
- Assisting with all documentation for current recruitment processes
- Producing various letters and sending out
- Answering the phone and dealing with queries
- General office duties
- Ad hoc duties to support the team
A good background with Administration is essential coupled with either some basic HR knowledge or previously working within a HR team.
Hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch, the role is office based. The client would also look at someone who wanted less hours than full time. Hourly rate of -12.50 - -13.00 per hour plus holiday pay. This is a friendly and welcoming team to work in
