10+ years of experience in sales, buying, or merchandising, with a strong track record of driving impact in premium or performance-oriented brands within footwear or apparel industries3+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to build, scale, and motivate high-performing teamsStrong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape, including regional market dynamics and premium partner expectationsExperience leading account strategy and driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments, while staying grounded in planning, process, and commercial disciplineKnown for building trust and alignment across internal teams and external partners, bringing a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindsetAdept at using data and sales analytics to drive account planning, performance optimization, and market opportunity sizingWillingness to travel up to 50%, flexing to business needs across seasons and strategic priorities
