Deliver engaging electrical installation programmes to apprentices aged 16-19Conduct workplace assessments and maintain comprehensive recordsDesign and implement innovative schemes of work and lesson plansLiaise effectively with employers and college colleaguesSupport apprentices\'' professional and personal developmentContribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processesWhat Our Client Offers

Essential Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (Apprenticeship or equivalent)Level 2 English and Mathematics (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent), or commitment to achieveRecognised FE teaching qualification (DET, PGCE or equivalent) OR willingness to undertake with full employer supportAssessor qualification or willingness to obtain with employer supportExperience And Expertise
Substantial experience in the electrical installation industryProven teaching, training or assessment experience in technical subjectsWorkplace assessment experienceKnowledge of Further Education sector and City and Guilds qualifications frameworkEssential Skills
Outstanding ability to motivate and inspire young learnersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversityEffective classroom management and teaching practiceIT literacy for digital learning platforms (training provided if needed)Strong organisational and administrative capabilitiesTeam collaboration skills with commitment to continuous professional developmentSelf-motivated with passion for electrical installation and technical educationApplication Requirements
