As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing processes and a small team of individuals. The successful candidate will drive best practice and continuous improvement within their area of responsibility, and will take a hands-on approach to guide and support their direct reports to achieve their full potential. This is a progressive business who look to develop their team, so someone who is driven and keen to progress to Shift Manager level is particularly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Manage the receiving / despatch of goods in line with customer needs and ensure relevant individual and team KPI''s are met. Ensure that all inventory is accounted for and stored correctly. People management; motivating the team, organising workloads, briefing the team before shifts, conducting 1-2-1s and acting on any HR related requirements.
