You will play a key role in overseeing client care, supervising staff, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure outstanding service delivery. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 07:00-18:00 and Friday 08:00-16:00, with shifts rotating between 07:00-15:00, 08:30-16:30, and 10:00-18:00.
