OVERVIEW The Engagement Officer will play a central role in strengthening our relationships with South Bank BID levy-paying businesses and South Bank Employers'' Group (SBEG) member organisations. This role is about people and partnerships - building connections, listening, and ensuring our stakeholders understand and feel the value of their relationship with us. They will be the friendly, proactive face of the organisation - getting to know the businesses and institutions across South Bank, understanding their needs, promoting our services and opportunities, and helping them engage with our programmes, events, and networks. Working closely with the Head of Communications, Engagement and Brand, and the Marketing and Communications Manager, they will ensure that businesses and members are well-informed, connected, and represented, feeding insights back into our planning and decision-making to strengthen the effectiveness of our work across SBEG and South Bank BID. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SBEG Member Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts across all SBEG member organisations, ensuring engagement beyond a single individual and developing a broad understanding of each organisation''s priorities. Maintain accurate records of SBEG member contacts, ensuring all relevant individuals are included on appropriate databases and communication lists.
