About the Role You''ll be the driving force behind community involvement, ensuring ideas from residents and partners influence the park''s business plan, design, and identity. From co-design workshops to digital engagement campaigns, you''ll create opportunities for people to connect, contribute, and feel proud of this transformative project. What You''ll Do Deliver wide-reaching, inclusive engagement activities across Ealing. Build strong relationships with local groups, schools, and partners. Facilitate co-design processes for the park''s trail, hubs, and branding. Develop creative digital engagement strategies and produce regular newsletters. Promote volunteering and community-led initiatives that support sustainability and biodiversity. About You Experienced in community engagement and co-design, with a track record of working with di
