Join a specialist Health and Safety team as part of a major global real estate business working as a Principal Design Advisor and CDM Advisor on a range of complex buildings and rail projects in London. This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days a week in the Manchester office, the rest of the time working from home. This is an established team offering good training and development opportunities. Due to expansion plans in the team our client is looking for a Health and Safety Consultant with CDM experience to join the team. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first. Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction along with any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial.
