Job Title: Health andamp; Safety Compliance and Assurance Auditor
Location: Manchester (covering North West, Yorkshire andamp; North East)
Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract - 1 year

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health andamp; Safety professional to join a mobile audit and assurance role, travelling across multiple sites in Northern England. You will conduct compliance audits and inspections, provide advice on emerging risks, and support the continuous improvement of health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal Handamp;S audits and inspections across sites.
• Document findings and produce professional reports.
• Advise on emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to risk assessments and maintain relevant safeguards.
• Support a positive safety culture across all sites.
• Provide Handamp;S subject matter expertise where required.
• Travel regularly across the North West, Yorkshire, and North East regions.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent; IOSH membership required.
• Proven experience in Handamp;S auditing and compliance.
• Confident communicator across all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
• Full driving licence and own transport essential.
