OverviewBid Manager – International Law Firm – Permanent/Hybrid in London. One of London''s leading international law firms with a significant global presence seeks to add to their Bid team in London. The role involves working across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with a focus on winning and retaining the firm’s most important mandates and contributing to strategic growth. You will own the entire bid process, working with senior stakeholders to produce client-focused, high-quality bids. The role spans across the firm’s leading practice areas, with the opportunity to lead on any practice where you have a specialism. You will be supported by the wider Marketing and BD team. Responsibilities

Own the entire bid process, from initial briefing to submission, ensuring client-focused, high-quality bids.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm to shape bid responses and strategy.

Lead on bids in practice areas aligned with your expertise where possible.

Work with the broader Marketing and BD team to coordinate and deliver compelling proposals.

Help win and retain mandates and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

Qualifications / Experience

Experience in bid management, business development or marketing within a professional services environment; legal services background preferred.

Open to meeting candidates from a professional services background.
