Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes.Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting and finance department.Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and provide support as required.Qualifications

Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectivelyProficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skillsAn understanding of the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essentialExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementJob Offer
