As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative Director to join our leadership team and drive the creative vision of the agency.
The RoleAs Creative Director, you will lead and inspire our talented creative team, shaping the agency’s output across brand campaigns, integrated marketing, digital experiences, and performance-led content. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to push boundaries, ensuring ideas are both innovative and effective in delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Define and champion the creative vision and standards across the agency.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and creatives.
Oversee creative development across campaigns, from brand identity to performance-driven activations.
Collaborate with strategy, client services, and performance media teams to deliver integrated work.
Present creative concepts and pitches to clients with confidence and impact.
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the agency continues to innovate.
Balance creative excellence with commercial awareness, aligning ideas to client objectives.

You’ll bring:
Proven experience as a Creative Director (or Senior Creative/Design Lead ready to step up) within a marketing, brand, or digital agency.
A portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and performance-led creative.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Confident client-facing and pitching experience.
A balance of big-brand thinking and data-driven creativity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
