This pivotal role will take ownership of financial management and reporting within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring robust cost control, accurate performance insight, and strong business partnering with operational teams. You ll also provide oversight for a European production site, working collaboratively with group finance and supply chain colleagues. Main Responsibilities: Partner closely with plant and operations managers to drive financial performance. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes. Investigate production variances, analyse trends, and identify improvement opportunities. Maintain integrity of costing data, inventory controls, and master data. Provide clear, actionable financial analysis to support business decisions. Contribute to capital investment planning and ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.
