Key Responsibilities:Oversee group financial operations across multiple entitiesDeliver accurate consolidated reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analysisDevelop and implement group-wide financial policies, controls, and compliance frameworksPartner with senior leadership to drive profitability and cost efficiencyLead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processesManage intercompany transactions and group consolidationsSupport financial transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and automationMentor and develop a growing finance teamWhat We''re Looking For:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedExtensive experience in a senior finance role within a multi-entity or group structureStrong understanding of group reporting, consolidation, and intercompany transactionsProven leadership in financial controls and team developmentExperience in fast-growing, investor-led, private equity, or owner-managed businessesBackground in Private Equity, Owner-managed and or SME environment
