The Role
We''re after a Customer Service Advisor who loves helping people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. You''ll handle customer enquiries, process orders, and make sure every client feels valued.

What You''ll Do

- Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Process orders, payments, and refunds accurately
- Keep clients updated and records tidy
- Support key accounts and spot sales opportunities
- Take ownership of issues and see them through

About You

- Experience in customer service or admin
- Clear communicator, organised, and detail-focused
- Confident with CRMs and Microsoft Office
- Positive, proactive, and team-minded
