Hybrid (Remote and In-Studio at Golden Wolf, London)Benefits:Golden Wolf offers a competitive benefits package with compensation tailored to your experience.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Cultivate new relationships with potential clients through various channels.Conduct sales meetings with agencies and clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.Guide and support the development of pitch decks and credentials.Sales and Business Development:Drive new business and sales initiatives, from presentations and pitches to events and marketing outreach.Develop and execute global sales strategies in close collaboration with our US-based EP and creative crew.Generate and track leads through networking events and industry connections.Drive new business and sales initiatives, from presentations and pitches to events and marketing outreach.Attend industry events and represent the company, showcasing our work and capabilities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.Field inquiries, craft compelling bids, and nurture lasting client relationships.Presentation and Communication:Present portfolios and projects to clients with genuine knowledge and enthusiasm.Communicate effectively both internally and externally, including timely responses to emails and follow-ups.Participate in awards entries strategy and submissions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client goals and project objectives.Develop quarterly reports and conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to review progress, set goals, and provide updates.Requirements:

Experience:5+ years of proven experience in sales and new business, particularly within animation and motion design. Bonus points if you also have live-action and illustration experience!Confident communicator who thrives independently and collaboratively, with stellar written and verbal skills.Sharp organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.Naturally collaborative and energetic personality who vibes easily with diverse teams and clients.Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.Familiarity with CRM systems or similar digital platforms is a plus.Must hold the right to work in the UK.Skills:Strong analytical and research skills to identify trends and opportunities.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Outstanding time management skills with the ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to operate independently while also being a proactive team player.Organised and self-motivated with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at any given time.Be a collaborative and dynamic team player who can work with many different types of personalities.High energy, drive, and a sense of humour with a pragmatic outlook.How to apply : Please apply for this role by clicking HERE
