Honor of Kings, PUBG MOBILE, and League of Legends, are some of our most popular titles around the world.Meanwhile, we actively promote the development of esports industry, work with global partners to build an open, collaborative and symbiotic industrial ecology, and create high-quality digital life experiences for players.Main RoleServe as a partner team member for a key portfolio studio within Tencent Games Global, to provide advice and support on issues/challenges faced, and connect wider Tencent resources to the studioKey ResponsibilitiesDrive quality collaboratively and constructively, partner with essential team members to create an organizational structure and processes that allow the team to efficiently produce high-quality work on timeEnsure effective processes are in place for project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedbackUnderstand the studio’s production needs, bridge the right resources from Tencent and other Tencent portfolios and/or affiliatesPrepare and regularly communicate project progress to Tencent, find and push for proper mitigation to relevant risk with the studioMaintain close contact with the studio and deliver on-ground support on a regular basisMain RequirementsMinimum 10 years of professional experience as a Senior or Executive Producer in videogames industryHas shipped or been part of a team that shipped at least one game during the past 3 yearsExperience managing a medium-large production team or ideally development studios within one location and globallyAn understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools, and approaches and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the teamGreat interpersonal and communication skills, and collaborative approach
