We are assisting them in the search for an Interim Housing Advisor to deliver high-quality housing services and ensure residents receive excellent support, safeguarding, and tenancy management. Your responsibilities will include: Contacting residents to update next-of-kin details, health or vulnerability information, and repair needs. Providing sensitive and effective customer service to elderly residents. Managing tenancy processes including sustainment, queries, and end-of-tenancy tasks. Recording and updating resident information accurately in Homemaster. Monitoring rent accounts, proactively addressing arrears, and supporting direct debit setup. Liaising with surveyors on repairs, property inspections, and voids. Ensuring all actions comply with safeguarding, GDPR, and RMHS policies.
