This is an excellent opportunity for skilled housing professionals with strong knowledge of homelessness legislation and prevention work to make a real impact in supporting vulnerable residents and preventing homelessness. The Role You will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused housing advice and homelessness prevention service in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act, relevant housing legislation, statutory guidance, case law and best practice. The role will involve managing a varied and often complex caseload, working with households at risk of homelessness, conducting housing needs assessments, creating personalised housing plans and identifying all available housing options to prevent or relieve homelessness.
