TieTalent Northampton, United Kingdom — Team Leader - Care at a Barchester care home. The role focuses on resident-centered care, leading Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner.Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers; ensure individual care plans are followed to the highest standards and residents have quality one-to-one time.Record observations (e.g., weight, blood pressure) and carry out simple wound dressing procedures as part of clinical responsibilities.Be a role model for the team and provide a safe, reassuring, and happy environment for residents and their families.About You / Qualifications

Senior-level care experience with supervisory responsibilities; understanding of how to provide clinical care for older people.Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.Enthusiastic, tenacious and of high integrity; strong communication skills; commitment to a vibrant, supportive culture that prioritises residents and their families.Rewards Package
