£13.15 per hour (£25,650 per annum) plus a range of health and wellbeing benefitsContract Type:

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support. You will:Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person-centred, high-quality care and positive behaviour supportEnsure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the serviceBe a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding, and positive behaviour supportSupport the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignityTake part in on-call responsibilities and support with rota management and staff supervisionsAbout You
