As a Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver exceptional care and support. You will:Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to provide person-centred, high-quality care and positive behaviour supportEnsure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently across the serviceBe a role model for best practice in support, safeguarding, and positive behaviour supportSupport the development and implementation of care plans that promote independence, choice, and dignityTake part in on-call responsibilities and support with rota management and staff supervisionsAbout You

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needsLeadership or supervisory experienceA proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skillsLevel 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best livesEnjoy developing yourself and your teamWhy Join Us?
