Role Overview

Were looking for a versatile and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable web applications that support our digital platforms and internal tools.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.Write clean, testable, and efficient code using best practices.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents.

Requirements

Essential

2+ years of experience in full stack developmentProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactExperience with Django and MySQLStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team

Desirable

Exposure to mobile development (React Native)Background in edtech or education platformsFamiliarity with other backend frameworks or CMS platforms

Shortlisting and Interviews

Shortlisting of applications : reviewed by the hiring team on an ongoing basis. If an application is of interest, the candidate will be issued with a technical test (from TestGorilla) to complete. The hiring lead will arrange a remote call with applicants who successfully complete the test to discuss it along with the role and expectations.Interviews: those who successfully complete the test to the expected level and remote call with the hiring lead, will be invited to a face to face interview at our London Head Office (currently planned for w/c 1st September 2025)Final outcomes: by 9th September 2025Start date: ASAP
